Nokia care who cares of your Nokia phone

I went to Nokia Service Centre at Amcorp Mall to repair my Lumia 1020 due to loudspeaker problem and camera issue. It is located at level 10th Floor of Melawangi Building. I have to get to the 1st floor of Amcorp Mall and search for watson store before I can get an entrance to Melawangi building. Lift at 10th Floor which Surau is also located at that floor. 

The Nokia Care is located at the right side. The operating hours is from 9.00am - 6.00pm excluding Saturday Sunday and public holiday. The contact number is 03-79572211. I noticed that the center also received the phone from Xiaomi for repairing. 

When the Service Center checked of my phone, the phone is already expired on October 2014. From the explanation, it was calculated from the date of merchant (Nokia Store at Garden Mall) purchasing from Nokia from September 2013. I remembered that I have purchased that phone on 24th January 2014. The service counter mentioned that I have to provide receipt of the payment/ warranty slip from the store so that Nokia Care can apply for warranty approval. I have to come back to the center by bringing the payment receipt so it cover under warranty.

Today, I have come back and submit the phone and providing the warranty slip for their processing. I'm glad that finally I can make it.
